The Magistrates judge meet to refer the consideration of this petition to the next General Court of Election in May, and that the Secretary give notice to the parties concerned—the selectmen for Cambridge and the petitioners—then to appear and attend their concerns on the first … day of the said Court for their determination, their brethren the Deputies thereto consenting.
